VSO

Randstad has a far-reaching partnership with Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), a non-governmental organization. This partnership is in keeping with Randstad’s long-standing commitment to CSR and our desire to apply knowledge and skills to help alleviate poverty on a global level. VSO matches volunteers’ skills with community needs in the developing world. By borrowing from Randstad’s core competencies and having access to our network, VSO can further stimulate positive social change.

Commitment to the partnership is Group-wide, and many countries have hosted events and initiated activities that have helped raise awareness of VSO. Currently, more than 50 initiatives are under way throughout Randstad to support this partnership.

IMS

IMS Luxembourg (Institut pour le Mouvement Sociétal) is an association of companies involved in corporate social responsibility policies. Their goal is to share their experiences and to convince of the importance of these issues in the today’s companies management.

Randstad is member of IMS Luxembourg because corporate social responsibility is an integral part of our corporate objectives. Our industry helps people to find jobs at all levels of society. We participate to very concrete projects such as non-discrimination or help programs (High Potential with State Street Bank, Microsoft and Caritas for example).

We also want to encourage diversity management for both candidates and corporate employees.
