We look for ideal candidates on the basis of an indepth analysis of your company and of the skills related to the functions involved. Working with you, we choose the best means to attract candidates.

After a preliminary selection, we sit down with you to choose those candidates who may be sent to an evaluation centre. Using scientific psychological tests, questionnaires, interviews, simulation exercises and actual cases, we evaluate each candidate’s personality, knowledge and abilities. You receive a practical recommendation for each candidate, to help you make the right choice. Between three and six months after the hiring, we evaluate the situation with you.

Our tools can also assist you in the development of your staff members’ skills. We speak then of a “development centre”. For example, you might call on us for an objective opinion on the qualities and possibilities of improvement of a collaborator.
