To support the German-speaking part of one of our clients, we are looking for an Account Representative (H/F)
Your Mission:

- Support for German-speaking customers via various communication media (chat, telephone, e-mail)
- Responding to enquiries regarding all our products and platforms, and providing technical assistance
- Establishing and expanding customer relationships
- Implementing and regularly conducting reviews on the implementation of external as well as internal guidelines
- Representation of ActivTrades at events such as seminars, workshops and trade fairs in the DACH region
Your profile:
- Completed Bachelor's degree (or similar)
- You have a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a team
- You are used to working proactively and have excellent communication skills
- You are stress-resistant and distinguish yourself through flexibility
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and set high standards for customer satisfaction
- You have a professional manner towards customers
- You speak fluent German and English, French and other languages are an advantage
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
