For one of our clients, a law firm in Luxembourg city, we are looking for :

An administrative assistant (m/f) for a fixed term contract of a few months

To begin as soon as possible 


Your tasks:



Assisting in the preparation of original documents (Tax department)

Carry out general secretarial duties and administrative tasks

Managing the reception by phoning, e-mailing, etc.

Preparing draft correspondence on various topics.


Your profile:


You have gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.

You have a very good command of French & English.

You have a perfect command of MS Office min. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc

You have excellent organization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
