We are looking for one of our client:

                               Administrative Assistant (m/f)


Main tasks:

- To prepare and transmite financial files to the financial central unit
- To send agreemend and contracts to beneficiaries and contractors
- To support Head of Unit for the administrationf affairs and HR Management
- To act as contact point for the unit relatinf to the yearly planning of the global envelope budget
- To keep financial documentation
- To prepare and to finalise notes and financial correspondence....




Profile required:

- Administrative and financial coordination knowledge and experience
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position are requested. Previous experience with the European Institutions is a big plus.
- French and English speaker (level C1)
