Then you might be interested in the following offer. We are currently looking for a :

 

                              Administrative Assistant (M/F) - Legal Team

 

Your role :

You will perform a wide range of office support, administrative and secretarial duties for the Division. You will report to the Head of Division and work with lawyers, assistants from across the Department and external contacts to support the Division's operations.


Your tasks :

- To assist in the accurate preparation of original legal documents and in the finalisation/administration of contractual documentation (finance contracts, guarantee agreements, contractual modifications,etc);

- To assist and ensure follow-up of all procedures both before and after signature of legal documents (preparation and circulation of contractual documents and legal contributions to internal decision-making documents,  handling of electronic/paper archiving, handling notes and other memoranda, etc);

- To carry out general secretarial duties and administrative tasks, including mail/document control and distribution, filing;

 

You profile :

- You obtained a certified secondary-level education. Any Degree or Training linked to Business Admin or Secretarial field is an asset

- You acquired at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Having handled a position of Secretary/Administrative Assistant in a law firm, corporate legal function, or any other legal environment, is a distinct advantage;

- You speak perfectly English (C1 level at least);

- Thank to your experience, you now have a good knowledge of the standard IT & office tools (particularly Word and Outlook), Acrobat, and common office hardware (e.g. printing, scanning equipment). You are also familiar with Electronic Documents Management tools, electronic archiving, and reporting tools.

- Teamwork spirit and mutli-cultural interest are part of your personality;

- You are looking for a temporary opportunity ( a 5-month-contract in this case);
