In order to integrate a European Institution, we are currently looking for an :
Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Your tasks :
- To handle phone contacts with clients and to report the required information to your fellow colleagues;
- To input data in the loans database in view of the preparation of reports and statistics;
- To support the administrative tasks linked to coordination (monitoring of deadlines and meetings,business trips);
- To assist in the lending process and in the follow up of projects;
- To finalise, distribute and file documents and reports prepared by loan officers;
- To keep on track with the statistics and the global work plan;
- Etc.
Your profile :
- You obtained at Bachelor in a field linked to Secretarial studies or Business administration;
- You acquired at least 3 years of professional experience in Administrative Support;
- MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) haven't go any secret left for you;
- You speak fluently English (C1 level) and you master French as well (C1);
- Do you speak another E.U. langage? Perfect, that's a considerable asset;
- You enjoy working in a multi-cutural environment;
- You are teamwork oriented;
- Initiative, responsibility, rigor and flexibility are words that define your professional character;
- Your organisational skills allow you to work easily under pressure;
-- You are immediatly available.
