For one of our customer, we are looking for AREA MANAGER LUXEMBOURG (M/F)
Context and key objective for the new Area Manager Luxembourg:
• Over the last few years, our customer have been able to achieve substantial commercial success across most of its services and customer segment. It is a clear market in Belgium with close to 50% of the market and a challenger in Lux with close to 30% of the market

• The key will be now to focus the growth on their core products (meal voucher and gift voucher)
• They are now looking for a Area Manager Lux to further support the growth of the company in Luxemburg. S/He will be part of the BeLux Benefits sales team and be leading a team of 3 people that will grow over time
• Some of the key challenges for the Area Manager will be to:
o Increase penetration in the market in all segments
o Build new partnerships to further enhance the offering
o Strengthen tele-sales and web-sales channels
o Closely collaborate with the BeLux Marketing & Development team and HQ
o Reinvigorate the sales team and develop more creative sales approaches
o Further improve customer retention figures
o Build close relationship with some key customers
Your main responsibilities:
• In collaboration with the BeLux management team, you will define and implement the commercial strategy as well as the action plans to achieve the objectives
• You will manage and lead the sales team and manage the sales activity by monitoring results and defining corrective actions if necessary
• You will assess the Lux team against qualitative objectives, in order to determine any training needs
• You will develop the recruitment criteria, hire team members, evaluate and coach them
• You will respect and promote in all circumstances the brand image and values of the company and ensure that these are respected by the Lux staff
• You will carry out useful actions to retain and further develop strategic accounts for the company
• You will maintain high-level commercial relationships
• You will participate in trade fairs, conference or any other events of external representation
• You will identify market developments and analyse the company’ positioning in this market
• You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing & Customer Service team and propose the necessary improvements or corrections, in particular on the basis of satisfaction surveys
• You will establish the budgets for the Lux team according to the priorities defined by the BeLux executive committee and communicate objectives to the Lux team
• You will monitor & analyse monthly sales according to monthly sales reports and report these figures the BeLux executive committee and Regional director
• You will write a monthly sales reports for the BeLux executive committee
Your profile:
• You present a great track record as head of sales
• You are familiar with the company customer base (B2B, both large companies as SME)
• You have a good knowledge of different sales techniques
• You have experience in selling towards the HR community would be a plus
• You are trilingual LUX/FR/ENG
• You have a bachelor or master degree
