Our client is an independent asset manager with an approach focused on risk transparency. You will act as an In-House Assistant Corporate Secretary (M/F). This is a permanent position.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and attend board, board sub-committee and shareholder meetings, taking minutes and resolutions
• Liaise with board contributors to gather board papers, compile the board packs and circulate to both internal and external directors in a timely manner
• Ensure board decisions and resolutions are documented as a correct record
• Coordinate, schedule and attend committee meetings, including the Management Committee, Risk Committee, Investment Committee and Valuation Committee
• Maintenance of statutory books and registers
• Receive and process all correspondence of the Company
• Liaise with the administrator of the company to ensure all company documentation is designated for electronic and safe storage
• Ensure Compliance with Firm Policies and Procedures
• Participation in a variety of project work
• Liaising with clients and service providers


Required knowledge:

 Fluent English - French or any other language is an advantage
• Ideally have two years' experience in a similar role
• Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Flexible, organised and performance focused while prioritising and balancing business needs

• Professional and adaptable team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
