Then you might be interested in the following offer. We are currently looking for a :

                                     Business Analyst (M/F)

 

Your role :

You will perform tasks on business analysis, process design and reporting. You will collaborate with your colleagues and business stakeholders in order to analyse requirements, model old and new processes, capture functional specifications, develop reports and write various documentations.

 

Your tasks :

- To analyse various business requirements linked with new processes or new reporting needs;

- To model, design and document new business processes capturing the current and future internal OCCO business procedures using a graphical notation;

- To develop, maintain and provide documentation for reports specific to Compliance related requirements using tools like Business Objects or Lumira;

- To work in collaboration with a team of Business Analysts and other OCCO’s business stakeholders, suggest improvements in existing processes;

- To contribute to the good quality of deliverables, identifying potential flaws in business processes or in reports data quality. Raise awareness and contribute to fix identified issues;

- To provide specialised advice and support on operational and functional problems to OCCO staff;

- To support business users, analyse problems and propose improvements by proposing changes.

 

Your profile :

- You obtained a University degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, Finance or Information Technology;

- You acquired preferably 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, particularly in the design, development and implementation of business related information management systems;

- You speak fluently English (C1) and French (C1). Any other EU language known is an advantage;

- You possess a good knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques used in business analysis and process engineering;

- An experience in Business Process Model and Notation is an advantage;

- You have already used SQL and reporting solutions (Business Objects, Lumira,etc); 

- Depending on the background, a strong willingness to acquire business knowledge in Compliance is essential;

- The project management principles, methods and practices are part of your knowledge as well;

- You have a solid experience in document drafting (English) and in the preparation of presentations;

- You master the standard Microsoft desktop tools (particularly Windows, MS Office, Web browsers, Adobe, etc.). Some knowledge of Document management Systems (e.g. GED and Microsoft SharePoint), web Development and content management systems would be an advantage.

- You are flexible, and you can deal with short deadlines and quick changes;

- You have a strong achievement drive and a collaborative spirit;

- You are immediatly available.
