Our client is a Bank - To strengthen the Customer Service team, we are currently looking for a

 

Client Representative - Shareholder Services (m/f)

 

 

Field of activity:

You have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and client focused team whose objectives are to satisfy our clients across the globe for out TA activities.
You have direct contact with our investors, distributors and funds and can identify any issues arising from queries. This gives the opportunity to suggest enhancement throughout Shareholder Services.


Tasks/responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- You will be the first contact to our clients and non-clients for voluminous queries linked to Shareholder Services Luxembourg.
- You will be taking incoming calls and written queries from investors, distributors and our clients to provide answer directly if possible
- You will perform the investigation on queries received by phone or by writing
- You will use a computer terminal with a customer service application and phone system to receive or place calls
- You will utilize databases to retrieve customer information
- You will ensure that proper KPI can be provided by logging all incoming calls and written enquiries to our query tool
- You will be a key player to ensure that our abandoned call rate for our clients is less then 3% and calls to be answered within the first 3 rings.
- Ensure to any written request an acknowledgement will be made within 24 hours max if an direct answer can not be provided and ensure answers or hold mail is sent within 48 hours.
- You will look for sales opportunities with all clients and refer to appropriate internal officers
- You will adhere to compliance routines in carrying out transactions


Qualifications/required skills:


- Min. 2 yrs experience in a customer service environment
- Client orientated
- Can handle stress
- Information seeking
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory for this request. Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information (Required)
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook or data entry software (Required)
