We are looking for an


Communication and Event assistant (M/F/D)


Tasks :
Editorial support :
• Writing attractive content for the website and intranet of the European institution.
Online communication :
• Management and updating of the institutions's website and intranet ;
• Social media management.
Administrative support :

• Organizing the agenda, the meetings, the missions and any other engagement of the Head of Unit ;

• Drafting meeting minutes ;

• Revising, summarizing, drafting administrative documents ;

• Prepare dossiers and gather supporting documents ;

• Monitoring deadlines and following-up incoming requests ;

• Correspondence dispatching, follow-up and communication to staff.

Event support :
• Coordination of the institutions's visits ;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Protocol ;
• Publications and multimedia design (advantageous, not essential)
Photography ;
• Create graphic products for website, social media and print ;
• Create audiovisual products for websites, social media and print.

Your profile :
• You have a degree and/or and experience in the field of communication or events ;
• You are fluent in English (at least C1) and French (at least B2), any other language being an asset ;
• You are a team player, rigorous and have good communication skills.
