We are currently looking, for one of our clients, an European Institution, for a:


Corporate Governance Officer (W/M)

9 months with possibility of extension


Your role

·        Supporting the preparation and delivery of Board and Committee meetings, including the drafting of speaking points, and ensure proper follow-up on Board deliberations.

·        Serving as secretary to a Board Committee, whenever necessary.

·        Drafting minutes of Board and Committee meetings.

·        Leading on the preparation and delivery of an internal Governance newsletter.

·        Handling Governing bodies’ correspondence.

·        Conducting research for briefings notes for senior management.

·        Supporting the preparation of public events and other high-level meetings.

·        Supporting updates of the website.

·        Providing support to different initiatives and ad-hoc tasks within the division.


Your profile

·        Fluent written and oral English, with very good drafting skills.

·        Degree in European studies, Political science, Business Administration, International Relations, or similar.

·        2+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate governance is an asset.

·        Good understanding of the general framework of financial institutions or public international institutions would be an asset.

·        IT literate- proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.

·        Strong commitment and proactivity.

·        Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

·        Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
