We are looking for

 

 

A Customer Relationship Manager (M/F/D)

 

 

Context :

At the heart of the sales team and reporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing and Communication, your main mission is to develop customer loyalty. You will focus on the customer's interests, with the aim of ensuring their success, which is essential for building long-term customer loyalty. You will also be responsible for the management of the company's sales and marketing activities, and will work closely with the Management Controller and the Marketing & Communication Manager to coordinate your action plan for the client and mobilize the necessary resources. You will also be responsible for the development of the sales team and for providing back-up for the Parent Relations Officer, in order to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.

 

Your mission :

·       Follow-up of invoicing and re-invoicing of clients;

·       Processing of qualified leads;

·       You will be responsible for the management of the planning of visits;

·       Management of cradle allocations;

·       Responding to requests for personalized services;

·       Monitor service performance indicators and retention rates;

·       Monitor activity, produce weekly reports and propose areas for improvement;

·       Responsible for invoicing and re-invoicing of clients under the approval of the management controller;

·       Contribute to the development of service quality procedures;

·       Listening to customers' comments and informing the appropriate departments;

·       Identify and resolve specific customer requests;

·       Collect a maximum of positive customer reviews (Google my business,...);

·       Participate in the construction of satisfaction surveys;

·       Participate in the implementation or improvement of the customer loyalty strategy;

·       You are a Brand Ambassador (social networks...).

 

Your profile :

·       You have a minimum of two years experience in a similar position;

·       You have a bachelor's degree in administration or a related field;

·       You have a perfect command of French (C2) and a good level of English at least (B2);

·       You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

·       You have proficient in all Microsoft applications;

·       You are a team player with leadership skills;

·       You maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
