We are currently looking for a:
Deputy Team Leader Customer Service - IT Support (M/F)
- Being single point of contact for the customers.
- Participate in continuous improvement and write appropriate guidelines where required.
- Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, processes, and productivity standards.
- Fore and After sales support.
- Ticket handling, solving, tracking, dispatching and escalation.
- Maintaining procedures and FAQs, monitoring changes and continuously improving processes.
- Handling of customer requests.
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Show organizational skills and a good sense of priorities.
- Good knowledge of state-of-the-art office hardware and software, incl. mobile data management and new technologies.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and as a role model.
- Plesk Shared Webhosting and Wordpress knowledge
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Azure AD & Intune (endpoint Mngt)
- Network Management (Meraki)
- o Show excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) as well as good skills in German or French.
