For one of our client, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (h/f).

We accept applications of junior administrative assistant as well !

On executive side :
- Provide administrative support to the executives of the group
- Organise and maintain/file documents in both paper and electronic archives 
- Organise RCS filings
- Coordinate payments

On building management side :
- Be in charge of mailing
- Be the main point of contact for all building related questions 
- Coordinate the subleases
- Coordinate the hospitality services for external visitors

Expected profile :
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication skills 
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Common sense and pragmatism are a must
- Fluent in English
