For one of our clients in Luxembourg-City, we are looking for:

An Experienced Administrative Assistant (m/f) for a permanent contract. Beginning preferably as soon as possible.

As an Administrative Assistant:

- You will provide general administrative support to the team (around 10 people), and to different lawyers
- You will organize meetings and trips
- You will compile and prepare documents for internal and external meetings
- You will handle regular external and internal mail for the team
- You will handle with reporting documents on Word, Power Point and Excel

Your profile:

- You have a degree related to administration and/or a significant experience of 4 years as assistant or secretary
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have a perfect command of MS Office min. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc
- You have attention to detail and accuracy, efficiency and flexibility
- You have the ability to be proactive and take initiative
