For one of our client, an International Bank, we are looking for a Facilities Administrator (F/M)

For this position, your role will be to ensure that everything is available and operating properly for building occupants to do their work.

Main responsibilities:
• Building Management & Exploitation
• Project Management
• Purchasing Management
• Security Management

Tasks :
• Technical Installations
• Maintenance and cleaning follow-up
• Security management
• Contract management and Suppliers prospecting
• Project management
• Holidays Planning

Your profile :
At least 1 year work experience within a similar environment.
Able to manage and resolve issues. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Able to organize his/her daily work, planning, prioritization. Customer service focus and delivery.
Team player with a sense of responsibility towards internal clients. Teamwork.
Able to come up with solutions
Language skills : English
