For one of our clients, a EU Institution based in Kirchberg, we are looking for a:


                                          Facilities Management Officer (m/f)

Key accountabilities:

• Coordinate, track and monitor performance KPIs on an ongoing basis
• Perform regular reviews and audits on processes and procedures related to service providers’ performance
• Contribute to defining procedures and applicable methodology for the performance evaluation of main services contracts
• Ensure regular review of the set of contractual KPIs and propose improvements and new KPIs to improve performance measurements
• Provide management with regular performance reports

Qualifications and experience:

University Degree in relevant topic, such as business administration, economics or engineer, preferably complemented by post-graduate studies
• At least 3 years professional experience in Facilities Management services, of which at least 2 in KPIs development, monitoring and performance management
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Facility and Real Estate Management standards (e.g. norm: EN 15221, etc)
• Excellent command of French and English, knowledge of a third European language would be an advantage
