For one of our client in the finance sector we are looking for a :

 

Finance Client relationship manager (m/f)

 

 

Tasks :

 

·       
-       Promotion of new products and services to clients, researching products, and setting up and attending demonstrations with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
-       Coordinating system set up, validation and liaising with appropriate shared services teams. 
-       Dealing with daily client interaction, fielding and routing client requests to appropriate people / teams and oversee issue resolution.
-       Delivering on client requests which fall outside shared service teams tasks.
-       Shared Services Oversight of coordinating all requests, as applicable to shared services teams.
-       Reporting (Internal & External) 
-       Assisting in the creation of required general external reports or bespoke client reports.
-       Being involved in internal and external projects, as required.
-       Collation of necessary billing data and ensuring that billing system is set up correctly.
-       Management of debtors and ensuring clients are chased as specified by agreed payment terms.
-       Performing required risk assessments.
-       Performing root cause analysis, manage resolution of errors to ensure compliance with corporate standards, produce, monitor KPIs and report cards.
-       All relevant internal control testing / assessment.

 

 Responsibility :

•       Sufficient technical expertise and practical experience in the field of client services coupled with demonstrable experience of client board participation to command respect from clients and staff.
•       Demonstrable experience of managing client entities and subordinates with a proven track record of strong technical and management skills.
•       Strong experience in a management role within the finance industry.
•       Evidence of highly developed relationship management skills (colleagues, staff, clients and intermediaries).
•       A strong track record of building and managing effective and sustainable teams.
•       Ideally the post holder will hold a relevant professional qualification at an appropriate level.
•       Microsoft Office Software skills.
