For one of our client located in Luxemborug (Bertrange), we are looking for a Financial and Administrative Assistant (m/f):

Duration of the contract : 1 month

Your mission

You’ll endorse the financial and administrative responsibility of the department and assist the department head and the project managers in their operational tasks. This will include the general administrative and office management of Tetris, organization, filing, research, and marketing.

In this job, you’ll also prepare client presentations and provide commercial assistance.

Last but not least, you will be responsible for the financial & contractual management of all project related revenues/ expenses; for the fees and costs forecast, follow-up, controlling & reporting (in our Tetrisoft software); for client and supplier billing.

Your skills

You’ll hold a bachelor degree as management assistant or have experience in a similar function.

You’ll have fluent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.

You have an interest for figures as you will take full responsibility to manage the financial side of projects with accuracy and to provide diverse reporting with our dedicated tools. However, academic accountancy knowledge is certainly not required therefore.

We’ll expect you to have knowledge of MS Office, including excellent control of Excel and Powerpoint.
