Our client, an independent private equity group - where business remains on a human scale and responsibility is delegated quickly – is looking for a Financial Information Coordinator Manager (f/m/d).

Your responsibilities :

Collection of relevant financial information from the portfolio companies, review and organization in a structured database, also ensuring a proper and actual tracking of the gathering process
Supports with the update of investor presentations, websites publications
Supports with maintaining and updating datas in external databases / investors’ request
Management of the tool / database with questions and answers for investors
Coordinates the RFI process

Your Profile :

The candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in a Private Equity fund, a trust company or Transactions Team in a Big 4 is mandatory
Good knowledge of SQL and analytical tools such as Power BI is preferred
Experience with Intralinks or other similar Virtual Data Room software
Fluent in English
