HR Assistant – Talent Management (M/F)
Summary:
We are looking for temporary support for the Talent Management team for one year (January to December 2023). The selected person will support the team in daily delivery of both recruitment operations and learning and development activities.
Your mission:
· Support the initial phases of the recruitment process through kick-off meetings with hiring managers, reviewing job adverts, participating in sourcing activities and events, promoting job openings internally and externally.
· Support the hiring team in screening applications and coordinating interviews in liaison with personal assistants; support the senior recruiter through telephone and/or competency-based interviews and administering technical and psychometric online tests.
· Collect and consolidate feedback from the interview panel in preparation for calibration meetings; participate in calibration meetings and document decisions.
· Coordinate with the senior recruiter on follow-up actions to close the vacancy
· Maintain the internal training course catalogue and record registrations, attendance, and feedback in the HR system.
· Support the team with administrative tasks related to instructor-led trainings, e-learning courses, team offsites, individual coaching sessions, and guest speaker events, including handling invoices and liaising with the Procurement or Finance and Control departments.
· Coordinate scheduling and logistics for catalog training sessions, including communication with participants.
· Help select appropriate learning/training materials and programmes to provide effective and innovative solutions.
· Assist with the launch or implementation of new learning initiatives or programmes.
· Manage the language training services provider to ensure timely and quality delivery.
· Assist in vendor sourcing and selection procedures as needed.
· Contribute to the Talent Management team’s projects as needed.
· Assist the HR team in various HR initiatives, communications (including relevant intranet pages), and reports.
Your profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
· At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role
· Proven track record working in an international and diverse environment
· IT literate – highly proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Excellent English communication skills
