We are looking for one of our client to cover a maternity leave an :

 

HR Assistant-Talent Management (m/)

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

·        Facilitate the delivery of the onboarding programm for new hires, including the preparation of their arrival, liaison with hiring managers, and coordination of induction sessions

·        Maintain the training calendar and recording registrations, attendance, and feedback in our HR system

·        Support the team with administrative tasks related to training including handling invoices and liaising with Procurement

·        Provide the scheduling and logistics for training sessions, including communication with participants

·        Assist the Talent Management team in various HR initiatives, communications and with the production of information reports

·        Organise events related to family support initiatives

·        Act as point of reference and contact for HR enquiries

 

 

KEY BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

 

·        Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

·        Previous experience or background in administrative support, ideally in the HR field

·        Excellent oral and written English skills, ideally at native speaker level

·        Proven track record working in an international, highly diverse, and multicultural environment

·        IT literate – highly proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Proficiency in Photoshop can be an asset.
