For one of our clients based in Dudelange we are looking for a:

                                          HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F) - CDI

Main tasks:

• Take full ownership for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, etc.)
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people matters
• Drive informed decision making by using data and metrics to identify key trends and determine root causes of issues in cooperation with the Head of HR
• Identify and take action on coaching opportunities at individual and team level
• Act as first point of contact for all ER issues and employee life cycle matters
• Understand organizational priorities and contribute to achieving business and HR goals that align with strategic goals
• Drive ongoing HR projects, such as roll out of HRIS, quality management, work-life balance and wellness programs
• Contribute to the development of the HR function
• Share HR best practice, act as a role model and coach to junior HR team members and HR operations team
• Organize HR team activities and events


Your profile:

At least 7-8 years of experience as a HR generalist and business partner, with a proven track record, including in coaching and managing others
• Master’s Degree in HR Management or Business
Command of at least one HRIS and ATS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter and innovator, with the capacity to softly persuade and engage through strong arguments
Fluency in English and in at least another language among French, German and Luxembourgish
In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and market practice
• Demonstrated competence in people development, coaching, negotiating, conflict management, employee relations and change management
• Experience with design and delivery of learning and development solutions
Expertise in HR metrics, KPIs and at ease with reporting and number crunching
• Strong business acumen combined with pragmatism, project management and problem solving skills
• Ability to work alongside different management levels and to use data, experience and personal credibility to guide decision making
• Positive, engaged and committed team player
