We are currently looking for a:
IT Operator (M/F)
Your mission:
· Monitor IT Systems and networks using specialized monitoring tools.
· Resolve first-level issues and escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate teams.
· Perform routine maintenance of systems and applications.
· Documents incidents and resolutions.
Your profile:
· Experience in IT operations, with a good understanding of operating systems, networks, and applications.
· Ability to use monitoring and incident management tools.
· Knowledge of ITIL principles and certification are assets.
· French is mandatory and a good level in English.
