For one of our clients, a European Institution, we are searching fon a:
Junior Administrative Assistant Archiving HR dept. (m/f/d)
- Contract duration: Initial contract for 2 months possible extension to 6 months
- Starting January 2023
Your responsibilities:
- You will report to the Head of Unit – Performance & Employee Relations Management, and work in close collaboration with the team’s Assistants and HR Officers
- You will provide administrative assistance in order to support the Unit’s deliverables and processes
- You will actively contribute to the project of the set-up of the new HR e-personal files
- You will Set up electronic files
- You will do scanning, naming & filing of existing paper files
- You will check and file new personal documents received electronically
- You will ensure timely archiving (both physical and electronic)
- You will set-up and organise internal meetings/presentations for the Unit as appropriate
- You will provide additional support/back-up of team assistants as and when required
Your profile:
- You have a certified secondary-level education. Certificate/Diploma of complementary studies (1 year or more) (e.g. secretarial studies, etc.) would be an advantage
- You have an initial professional experience in the HR/legal/administrative support domain would be a plus
- You have a good knowledge of standard computer tools and MS Office tools
- You have an excellent written and spoken English
- You have a strong sense of discretion and high commitment to confidentiality
- You are able to work autonomously and you are highly organised
- You have a strong team spirit
