junior associate (f/m) in Luxembourg Centre

Due to the dynamic growth of the company - a really great place to work -, my client is looking for a Junior Associate (m/f) with a previous experience in private equity.

Job Description :
• Assisting with fund structuring as part of the fundraising process, including tax and legal side, in cooperation with local counsels and advisors.
• Coordinating fund closings as part of the fundraising process in Luxembourg, including organizing (board) meetings.
• Liaise with internal and external advisors, banks, notary etc.
• Provide management structurally and ad hoc with information concerning investments and accounts.
• Coordination of the execution and processing of various documentation.
• (Light) review and amendment of fund related documentation.
• Involvement and support of various projects and implementation of internal projects.

The Successful Applicant :
• University level degree (finance or law related).
• 1-2+ years of relevant working experience in similar positions.
• Interest in and knowledge of Private Equity.
• Knowledge of holding structures and basic understanding of corporate and accounting laws and regulations is considered as a plus.
• Efficient, well-organized, independent professional attitude and strong communication and personal skills. Flexible and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent command of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
