We are currently looking for a : 

 

Knowledge Management Assistant (M/F/D)



Objective :
You will contribute to different key projects managed by the Unit : web accessibility, Artificial Intelligence, dashboarding/reporting on web analytics, Search Engine Optimization.


Tasks :
• Coordinate, support and contribute to the implementation, at corporate level, of accessibility standards for websites managed by the institution ;
• Providing support on the various search engine optimisation projects under the responsibility of the unit ;
• Contributing to the regular updating of information on the Unit's websites, services and other publication projects ;
• Under the supervision of an official, participate in several internal and external forums (such as the coordination of the institution’s portal, IOCC, etc.) ;
• Coordinating and contributing to the preparation, editing and publication of information on the websites of the institutions, editing and rewriting texts as necessary ;
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the governance of the EU institution's portal services ;
• Under the supervision of an official, facilitate internal communication within the unit as well as outside the service through internal or external editorial forums ;
• Facilitate feedback to inter-institutional committees on editorial and web issues ;
• Support the Head of Sector/Head of Unit on a daily basis in horizontal tasks related to the promotion, training, communication and dissemination of the unit's products and services ;
• Contributing to the preparation, editing and publication of information on the websites of the European institutions ;
• Follow up and contribute to the validation of functional or technical studies and analyses of the Unit's services and projects.


Your profile :
• You have a solid professional experience of at least 3 years (including internship) in the management of information and communication technologies in society, science and industry ; 
• You have at least 1 year of initial experience (including internship) in programme, process or project management ;
• Familiarity with web publishing, graphic design and illustration would be considered an asset ;
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office ;
• You are fluent in English (at least C1) and French (at least B2).
