We are currently looking for one of our client for a:

                                                  Legal Assistant (m/f)

Main activities:

- Liaise with the relevant Chafea units
- Assist project officers un planning the different phases, organising, launching, managing and monitoring the calls
- Revise all documents related to the calls and ensure their consistency
- Contribute to the publication and publicity of the calls
- Assist in answering questions from intereteds parties for the relevant legal issues
- Assist in the evaluation of procurements and grants as concerns legal issues
- Finalise contracts and agreements in collaboration with financial officers and project officer
- Support in the preparation of amendments of contracts and agreements and monitor their signatures
- Draft notes, minutes, progress reports and any other documents as requested
- Implementation of the BTSF Initiative
- Participate in inertnal team and unit meetings
- Ensure back-up according to the Unit allocation of tasks

Required Profile:

- Diploma in Law
- Good knowledge in English
