For one of my client, a company from the financial sector, very well located in Luxembourg city, close to all amenities and where the company's culture is centered on the well-being of employees - is looking for :

HR Officer (part-time job 50%) (m/f)

Your tasks :


1/ Payroll
Collect and collate monthly payroll data for accurate payroll runs, starters, leavers, leaves,
illness, sport reimbursement and other changes and deductions from payroll
Payroll Expert for Lux - Keeping up to date with legislation, tax, and benefits
Ensure correct booking of Severance Pay & Garden Leave in co-operation with Finance and
HR Controller


2/ Support Employees and HR:
Administration of Sick Leave, Sabbaticals, Parental Leave and Vacation
Recruitment Support
First contact for Employees on Salary, Benefits, Pension and Insurances
Answer queries from Employees, Managers and HR Team for Payroll, Benefits, and other
related questions
Relocations and other special Solutions for Employees

Your profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
You have a relevant experience of 2/3 years in a HR environment in Luxembourg
You have a very good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law
You have strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
You have a proactive approach to business and used to work both autonomously and in a team
You are able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information

You are able to coach and influence as appropriate to ensure successful results.
