The Marketing Officer will plan and deploy high quality marketing campaigns and events with the objective of supporting business growth in relation to products, services or events that target consumers or other stakeholders.
Operating Network
The incumbent will report to the Head of Division and will work closely with multiple points of contact across the organisation and with external vendors.

• Develop and execute effective marketing project plans to manage campaigns from concept through delivery;
• Be an active contributor to each campaign by bringing new ideas, challenging concepts and delivery mechanisms;
• Develop and produce collateral (presentations, brochures, flyers), working in collaboration with other members of the team and helping to translate content into a variety of formats;
• Collaborate with Front Office professionals and other relevant internal services to create compelling marketing material;
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors;
• Maintain the relevant budget and forecast possible expenditures against targets;
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns regularly, gain insight and assess against goals/KPIs;
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with business regulations and legal considerations;
• Ensure accuracy and quality of marketing materials as well as necessary approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities;
• Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration, preferably at postgraduate level;
• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in a marketing management role;
• Proven copywriting and marketing experience in B2B & B2C;
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and negotiating with external partners;
• Competent understanding of financial engineering instruments and SME financing needs an advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of English, verbal and written;
• Good knowledge of at least one other EU language would be an advantage.
