For one of our cutomers based near Esch sur Alzette, we are looking for:

Order Manager/ Supply Chain/ Procurement (m/f):

(Temp to Perm contract)

Your Responsibilities:

You are in charge for the entire follow up; from the rolling, through the fabrication up to the shipment as well as the invoicing.
Register the rolling order and track it according to transmitted order specification
Be the customers interface
Edit of subcontractor order based on specification and pricing (LBB)
Edit final fabrication planning and track customer validation
Follow up the rolling, the routing and the fabrication schedules at any time
Follow inspections and reporting
Book shipments, establish shipping documents
Generate and transmit invoices
Handle and follow the stock situation throughout the order, transmit stock status at order closure to the Project manager
Handle IT problems with the key user in collaboration with the Project manager


Your Profile :
You have a Degree in logistics/supply chain/procurement
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of steel production and steel fabrication is a plus
Ability to work in a team and at the interface with various departments
Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
