To strengthen the Finance Team, we are looking for a
Financial Controller (M/F)
Tasks:
· Preparation of Lux Gaap Annual Accounts;
· Liaison with external auditors;
· Coordination of deliverables across departments (Finance, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Line of Business, etc.) for financial and regulatory external audit deliverables: i.e. reporting instructions, follow-up as per set timeline, critical review of the documentation received, timely escalation for issues;
· Preparation of Board papers and dashboards and ensure effective communication with Senior Management
Skills:
· Solid accounting knowledge experience;
· Excellent communication skills (both writing and verbally);
· Critical mind set and control attitude;
· Understanding of Corporate Investment Banking products (preferable)
