We're looking for a society based in Betzdorf for a :

Procurement Administrator

Your mission:
· Respond to the requests raised in Vendor Management and Procurement (VMP) inbox or Service Now portal by internal or external stakeholders such as vendor creation and maintenance, Procure-to-Pay process related within SAP, BI or Vendor Management System (VMS).
· Raise tickets in Service Now portal and testing change request activities when needed
· Support vendor creation and maintenance as per SES policies and procedures, including collecting, checking and recording FATCA compliance documentation
· Provide training and support to vendors and internal stakeholders when needed with regards to procure-to-pay and vendor creation processes
· Execute monthly or on demand reports when needed
· Support in preparing new training material as well as updating the existing one
· Perform vendor master data related controls and cleaning exercise

Your profile :
Fluent in English
SAP proficiency
Ideally a first successful experience in procurement
