product safety & regulatory affairs representative (m/f) in Luxembourg Centre

For one of our clients located in Windhof, a c we are currently looking for a :

Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Representative (m/f)

Your Role:
- You will interface between internal departments and external parties (suppliers,
customers) for PS&RA subjects.
- You will be responsible for answering to specific customer requests concerning
PS&RA.
- You will be responsible for technical communication with raw material suppliers and
external laboratories.
- You will be responsible for the follow-up of legislative evolution for specific
applications (Food contact, cosmetic, ...) and initiate implementation.
- You will play a key role in updating the PS&RA documentation: initiate PS&RA
documentation for new product, revise the documentation for our portfolio and
keep our internet documentation site up-to-date.
- You will represent PS&RA department in specific technological and cross-functional
projects.

Your Profile:
- You have a degree in Chemical Engineering, ideally in material sciences or polymers.
- Fluent in English (spoken, written) French and/ or German is an asset.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines and
are able to work independently as well as within a team.
- You have analytical and problem solving capability.
- Experience in legal or paralegal activities is an asset.
- You have excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
