In order to integrate a non -profit organsation working closely with EU Institutions, we are currently looking for a :
Project Manager (M/F)
Context:
As part of of a team within the offices based in Luxembourg-city, the position holder will have regular exchanges with several teams in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. He/She will also deal with different external actors for various activites, including project management, training services (that are proposed by the entity), logistics & organisational support.
The biggest projects are defined by the development and follow up of a Postgraduate programme offered by the organisation, plus other EU-funded projects.
Therefore, the position holder will manage the daily business of the Study Programme's Learning Management System and assist in its development. He/She will work closely with the Project leader in that regard and on PR & Quality control as well.
Your tasks:
- To help for the proper functioning of training events through several aspects : logistics, admin, contracts, organisation & development across European Union countries;
- To arrange all modalities for the practical part of field projects: bookings, programmes, travel declarations, internal/external contacts, etc;
- To support your team in various Admin and Organisational tasks;
- To participate in the budgets drafts, follow up and control for all linked activities in order to help the Finance team;
- To manage in a team the 2-year-Univesity programme to be converted to the software Moodle and to help in the development of an Alumni Association and national academic collaborations;
- To work on practical modalities regarding the online training programme (Learning Management System & other data updates, uploading of academic files, scholarship management, students & partners contacts, etc);
- To communicate regularly with EU Institutions, trainers, experts & students to ensure good results of the projects.
- To give a general support on other EU funded projects.
Your profile:
- You have acquired several years of experience in Project Management roles;
- You have acquired a great knowledge in terms of organisation and planning;
- You speak fluently English (C1) and French (C1). Knowledge in German and/or Luxemburgish is considered as an advantage;
- Your competencies include a high level in IT (MS Office, Moodle, visioconference tools) and, ideally, in E-learning;
- You are flexible enough to work, occasionally, on weekends when the academic calendar requires it;
- Communication in its globality is part of your main assets;
- You are available to start a new role in September for a 4-month-contract with possibility of extension!
