For our clients, a company based near Esch sur Alzette, we are looking for:

A Purchasing assistant (m/f/d) FR / EN

 6 months contract

Starting 15.09.2022

Your responsibilities :

- You will treat the purchase requisitions
- You will ensure the application of internal rules in this regard
- You will interact with internal/external stakeholders to gather the relevant information
- You will check the terms of the supplier's quotation, including payment terms
- You will register and monitor contracts in our systems
- You will follow-up on purchase orders
- You will do invoice regularization

Your profile:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- You have a first job experience in this field (or similar)
- You have a client-oriented attitude
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are rigorous and meticulous
- You are a team player and hands-on
- You have an excellent level in English and French as a business language.
- You are proficient in MS Office programs , knowledge of HR Access being an advantage

The package:
