In order to join an entity within the medical domain, we are actively looking for a :

                                         Secretary EN-LU-FR (M/F)

Your tasks:

- To organise and update the team planning;
- To edit statistics and handle sensitive information;
- To organise and update electronic data;
- To assist meetings and write minutes during the attendance;
- To help in the editing of invoices & finance reports;
- To ensure the front line of phone/emails incoming contacts.
- To help on the coordination of all daily activities;
- To give support on various administrative duties;
- To contribute to the performance of the global objectives.

Your profile:

- You obtained at least a secondary studies Diploma. The possession of a Bachelor Degree linked to Business Administration would be an advantage;
- You have acquired a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar role;
- You speak fluently French, Luxembourgish and English (C1 minimum);
- MS Office is part of your mastered softwares;
- You are well organised and you like multi-tasking roles;
- Your experience included dealing with numbers and Office Management;
- Confidentiality and oral/written communication are part of your soft skills;
- You are immediately available for a 3-month-opportunity with possibility of extension!
