For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for a : 


Senior Manager Internal Audit (m/f)

1-year contract


Your role :

The described position will be responsible for supporting the Global Internal Audit Plan with an emphasis on audits in the EMEA region.
You will develop and maintain constructive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels from management through to Executives. You will also Support the internal audit strategies and methodologies for the EMEA region. 


Your tasks : 

• Executing a range of internal audit projects from the planning and execution through to reporting.

• Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with our audit methodology and the established risk assessment framework.

• Contributing to risk assessment / business monitoring and the overall implementation of group audit methodology.

• Managing audit assignments, draft audit issues for review by audit management, facilitate issue tracking and validate closure of issues.

• Pro-actively developing and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, the business and respective support areas and work in an integrated manner with fellow team members both locally and globally.

• Keeping current on business/industry changes and their effect on the business, audit plan/approach and risk assessments.

• Providing coaching to your teammates.

Your Profile :

• You have extensive experience in external or internal audit, ideally within a large and high growth company that provides financial products and service.

•  You have proven experience in evaluating internal controls or compliance programs.

• You have a C2 level English.

• Any other known E.U. langage is an asset.

• You have knowledge of the legal aspect of the banking sector.

• You obtained experience in evaluating the adequacy of process and controls across multiple jurisdictions in a global financial organization.

• You acquired excellent interpersonal, relationship and communication skills, to build internal networks within the team and wider firm.

• You have got a team player mind-set, with excellent time and project management skills.

• You have the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.

• You gained coaching and managing skills through your experience.

• Attention to details and a problem-solving mind-set are a must have.

• You have an affinity for technology in general and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
