Our customer:

We are looking for candidates for a Finance Service Center of a multinational company located in Asturias. (Spain).

Your functions:

The candidate will be giving support to the department on the following tasks:

- Execute the buy process for low value and non-strategic goods & services
- Create and maintain purchasing documents in Company's systems.
- Payment problems resolution.
- Vendor Master Management: create, maintain and approve suppliers in Company’s systems.
- Monitor and execute all transactions according to Company's internal controls and policies.
- Communicate and coordinate actions among all internal and external stake-holders to effectively assure supply of goods and services.
- Administration and reporting as necessary (from internal systems and external sources).
- Transactional system and process support to Company strategic buying team.
- Liaison with regional and global buying teams.
- Drive continuous improvement on the most efficient use of the appropriate sourcing tool.
- S&L consultancies in support of Businesses and functions

Your benefits:

Project-based contract, starting with 6 months

- Salary: adjusted to the price of living in Asturias, being slightly higher than the average.

Job requirements: 

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration
- Proficiency in English and German
- SAP knowledge desirable
