We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f), English and German speaking for one of our clients located in Luxembourg- Gasperich. Here is the job description:

Duration : 12 months


Your role:
Manage the sales and purchasing process with customers and suppliers. Manage the logistic and supply chain from China partner to European customers and from EU to China.

Your tasks:
Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
Import/Export process of parts
Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
Planning and implementing logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
Working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analysing performance
Using computer software to track goods from origin to delivery
Improving the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in supply chain or automotive logistic
•.Multiple year experience with European automotive warranty claim processes and systems
Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken

• Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
