We are looking for:

Audio-visual Technician Support (Onsite) m/f

YOUR MAIN MISSION

Your mission will be to manage all audio visual systems in our clients' lounges and meeting rooms.
As the technical assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation, smooth running, technical assistance and storage of the IT and audiovisual tools required during internal or external meetings, conferences, and events that can occur during evenings.

YOUR ACTIVITES

• Ensure that participants receive fast and efficient technical support for audiovisual and video-conferencing solutions
• Prepare rooms, install and check connections and systems (microphones, projectors, …) according to what is needed from organisers before meetings
• Test the presentations’ support and explain the systems’ functioning to speakers
• Provide assistance to participants before and during meetings (adapt microphones’ volume, launch videos, switch to the presentation, …)
• Put back the equipment in the rooms, and check it when presentations are over
• Perform regular preventive maintenance, including but not limited to testing/repairing cables and various hardware components
• Handle and monitor daily requests, soliciting and relaying to downstream support units or to the Service Delivery Manager if necessary
• Implement remote and on-site incident analysis and offer resolution measures or repairs
• Ordering (spare) parts and consumables, after agreement with the customer
• Installing on-site control programs
• Train the customer on the system and test products for the customer
• Participate in weekly service team meetings and brief the manager

PROFILE

• At least one successful first experience in a plant, electrical, or event engineering role.
• 3 years post-graduate study in the field of IT/audio-visual
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems
• Professional command of English and French (German may be considered an asset)
• Sense of service and customer satisfaction
• Sense of responsibilities and discretion
• Rigour, organisation and flexibility
• Initiative, dynamism and good communication skills
• Calm, autonomy and stress resistance
• An experience in organising webinars would be an asset
• Knowledge of AMX / Crestron / Firmware

OUR WORKING CONDITIONS

Permanent contract
Weekly working time: 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday to Friday
Workplace: Luxembourg
