I had already identified room for improvement in our existing support provision, and it was clear that there were gaps in our existing process, limitations as to the level of support and monitoring we could offer in-house, and efficiencies to be achieved in the way we managed HR, invoicing and administration.

I soon contacted Randstad HR Solutions to undertake the latter, and the partnership has since allowed us to focus on providing specialist advice, guidance and support to our disabled students.

All student support is managed by our University, whilst all associated HR and invoicing processes are undertaken by Randstad. As a service we haven't lost any level of control but have increased efficiencies substantially.
