We are currently looking for a:

Administrative and Organisational Support

Your mission:

· Contribute to ongoing COO projects and initiatives to enhance the organizational efficiency, readiness, and resilience;

· Conduct research in the adoption of new ways of working and cultural change in a hybrid world, explore implications of new practices and help with the development of concepts in this regard;

·  Investigate and support ad-hoc queries on behalf of colleagues both within and external to the COO department;

·   Gather business needs, translate them into development initiatives, communicate to COO (and/or colleagues), and ensure proper follow-up;

·   Provide support in automation and digitalization initiatives;

·  Participate in other specific and/or organization-wide innovation and change processes;

·   Prepare presentations, notes, and other documentation as needed.

Your profile:

· Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or related studies;

·   Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative and organizational support, ideally in an international and multicultural environment;

·   Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;

·   IT literacy and appetite for new technologies;

·   Excellent oral and written English skills any additional language are an asset;

·  Proven ability to anticipate and respond quickly and creatively to change and shifting priorities;

·  Ability to proactively address business/people needs and co-create solutions;

·  Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new topics;

·  Confidence to offer a new and potentially challenging idea to further conversation and critical thinking;

·  Positive ‘can do’ attitude and problem-solving mindset;

·  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

·  Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within multicultural teams;

·  Diligent and willing to share knowledge and support others’ work;

·  Sense of confidentiality and discretion;
