For one of our clients at North KIRCHBERG we are searching for:


an Administrative Assistant (m/f) English speaking

Starting date: as soon as possible

Fixed term contract (long term)


Your main responsibilities:

- You will provide full administrative support to the Executive Assistant of the CEO

- You will be her/his back-up when absent 

- You will do administration of expense reports, purchase orders and invoicing registration

- You will manage travel organization : flights, trains and hotels

- You will do meeting organization : tel. conferences, videoconferences and others

- You will do e-mail management and other ad’Hoc administrative tasks

- You will be proxy of the Executive Assistant of the CEO


Your Profile:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar function in an international environment

- Perfect knowledge of Windows office : Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must ! (French and German would be an asset)

- Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast paced environment

- Autonomous

- Able to manage, anticipate priorities and multitasks

- Stress resistent - Good analytical skills
