Then you might be interested in the following offer. We are currently looking for a :

                                  Administrative Assistant (M/F)



Your tasks : 

- To handle the administrative coordination of the whole lending procedure (monitoring of deadlines, organisation of meetings, appointments and business trips for the loan officers and the Head of Division);

- To prepare briefing papers for meetings and business trips;

- To assist the loan officers during the lending process and, as appropriate, in the follow up of projects (in close coordination with the other Directorates participating in the process);

- To finalise, distribute and file documents and reports prepared by loan officers;

- To handle telephone contacts with clients and follow information flow while loan officers are on mission;

- To assist loan officers in updating and organising contacts;

- To optimize operating tools and working methods by keeping statistics and work plan up-to-date;

- To monitor that procedures are followed during the lending process and to input data in the loans database;

- To contribute to a good working atmosphere within the Division and the Department in order to facilitate the timely implementation of tasks, smooth flow of information and achievement of objectives.


Your profile :

- You obtained a Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration);

- You acquired at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support;

- You speak fluently English (C1) and you have a good command of French (B2) and German (B2);

- Your personality include a strong sense of responsibility and initiative;

- You have very good organisational skills;

- You are rigorous and able to meet deadlines and priorities;

- Team spirit and Flexibility are part of your ideal job descirption;

- You are immediately available for a temporary contract.
