For one of our customers, we are currently looking for:

Administrative Assistant with experience in ODOO CRM (contract of 3 to 6 months) (M/F)

Your role and responsibilities:

- Support cross-functional coordination in the CAO organizational unit by taking charge of Odoo PMO.
- Ensure around-the-clock progress, visibility, and continuity of Odoo-related tasks.
- Derive well-defined Odoo-related projects, and follow-up planned tasks until completion.
- Understand and operate the internally-developed PMO mechanism and set of templates.
- Raise alerts, escalate frequent delays and/or blocking points, and contribute to solutions.

Your Profile :
- Demonstrated successful experience(s) in Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Ability to communicate efficiently on complex issues, and maintain formalization dynamic settings.
- Proactive, meticulous and team player.
- You are available immediately and able to start to work quickly in Luxembourg
