Administrative Supply Chain Assistant (F/H)
We offer full-time or part-time contracts
Your tasks will include:
• Handle daily activities to ensure the process of buying, selling materials and closing in the SAP system
• Controlling and accompanying the processes as our customer’s internal clients in Luxembourg, Peru and Brazil.
Your profile:
• Fluent English required
• Bachelor in Administration, International Trade
• Experience in the commercial area and/or customer service
• Pro-Active mindset with attention to detail crucial
• Knowledge of Office package (mainly Excel and Outlook) and SAP.
• Team player with good communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
• Resilience to work in an offshore branch office, with different time zone from Adm HQ in which constant alignment is required.
Working conditions
• On year fixed term contract or CDI depending on your skills
• Weekly working time: 40h/week Part time or full time.
• Schedules: Monday till Friday According to schedule
• Workplace: Luxembourg Town
