We are looking for one of our client:
Clerical Support - First line IT support
Main tasks:
- Anamyse, select, configure and deploy enterprise and network management tools
- Supporting and troubleshooting web based applications
- Documentation of solutions, maintaining user/ administration guiddes and step-by-step instructions
- Document policies and operating procedures
- Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures
- Perform customer service support and other profile-related tasks
Profile required:
- Recent and relevant experience related to IT Helpdesk functions
- Knowledge of enterprices and network management
- French and English speaker (level C1)
- Experience of less than 3 years is required
- If you have a Clearance, it’ll be considered as an advantage
